Lovely, very appealing and spot on with the subtle head tilt and eye squint. I also like how the hair is "in action" and not just lifeless. Quite nicely done! (Watch the right eye, it seems like it's a bit too right and up I think. Not sure, I'd have to flip the drawing and look at it mirrored, but it feels like it.)
